Being Heard

"Deep listening is miraculous for both listener and speaker.
When someone receives us with open-hearted,
non-judging, intensely interested listening,
our spirits expand."
Sue Patton Thoele

Words have power to heal or hurt. I'm learning the act of listening is also powerful. I must try it more often.

What all the above said. It's often not what you say, but how well you hear that is the key to good communication.
