Day 42 - Baby Bird Songs

Today I noticed that the baby cardinals must be learning to sing. Either that or they aren't babies anymore, but teenagers and they've learned how to talk back.
TWEET. tweet. TWEET. tweet.
On and on and on.
Think of the monotonous sound a child makes when first learning to play the violin. After awhile even the most encouraging of parents wants to put her fingers in her ears!
I believe the female on his video is the grown up version of what I was hearing.

What song have you been singing lately? Is this the song you really want to be singing?

How could you not love a cardinal or the beautiful song they sing...I used to sit outside on a summer and fall evening and sing/whistle their songs right back to them, and they would answer me. Sadly I can't whistle anymore but I still love to sit outdoors and listen...there is just something so healing about these birds that bring joy and happiness within.
By the way...I have a letter to you ready to be mailed and hope to have that done tomorrow...it has been sitting here for a day or so, and in the meantime I get one from you, lol.
I love the songs I'm singing these days...and I'll send you that bread recipe...it's very easy!
Loving you is such a delight! :)

I like the idea of relfecting on what song I am singing. For the music lover in me, it really hits home.

Always a joy to read your post!

Much love,
Sunny
